Marlene Leverette is VP, Sales Manager of the McGuire Real Estate East Bay offices in the Elmwood and the Rockridge. Born and educated in South Africa, Marlene Leverette has lived in the San Francisco Bay Area since 1967.

Marlene has owned and operated home furnishings and interior design retail businesses. She also managed a large property management company in Berkeley, which prepared her well for a career in real estate sales. Marlene was a top producing agent and Managing Broker for Templeton Company, a luxury boutique agency in Berkeley.  Marlene helps people find what they want, what they need, and what makes them happy—a skill she uses as both a manager and a Realtor. Her professional touch means doing things on schedule without pushing or rushing, but with sustained energy and enthusiasm. Assisting people in making quality decisions comes naturally to Marlene. She handles the details of every transaction professionally, confidentially and with sensitivity to your needs.  

Marlene’s clients include not only buyers and sellers of single family dwellings but investors of residential income property in Berkeley, Albany, El Cerrito, and Oakland.
 
When Marlene is not selling real estate she can be found hiking forgotten trails with her dog, Lola, or on the tennis courts playing both socially and competitively. She has three adult children, Brooke, Scott and Mark.
